A dichroic mirror is a glass surface that has the opposite effect of a dichroic filter. The surface is coated with a metal film that reflects light in a range of colors while it allows the others to pass through. Dichroic mirrors are used in some specialized broadcast and video cameras to limit the transmission of colors to a pre-determined range.
